ABOUT THE CLIENT

Champion Mentors is a fully inclusive service for people living with disabilities from ages 12 – 65+. As a registered NDIS provider their focus is on helping their clients develop skills that promote and support social, recreational and community participation.

THE BRIEF & OUTCOME

Our collaboration with Champion Mentors took us on a multifaceted project aimed at enhancing their operations and growing their online presence. Central to our efforts was the migration of all paper forms and documentation to a streamlined online portal, facilitating efficient data management and accessibility for both clients and staff.

A key aspect of the project involved integrating all invoicing and payroll processes with Xero, streamlining financial management and ensuring accuracy and transparency in accounting practices.

Additionally, we developed an employee portal encompassing shift management, rostering, form submissions, and document storage, fostering seamless communication and collaboration among team members. To further streamline operations, we designed an onboarding platform for new employees, simplifying the process of orientation and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Complementing these internal solutions was a comprehensive WordPress website build, providing a user-friendly interface for clients to access information about Champion Mentors’ services and support programs, thus solidifying their commitment to providing exceptional care and support for individuals living with disabilities.
