THE CLIENT
Champion Mentors is a fully inclusive service for people living with disabilities from ages 7 – 65+.
As a registered NDIS provider their focus is on helping their clients develop skills that promote and support social, recreational and community participation.
THE JOURNEY
Champion Mentors engaged Webedge with a project to build an employee and admin portal that would help with onboarding new customers and onboarding new staff via the online portal.
The project included the following functionality:
- Staff Shift Reporting & Approval Flow
- Connection with Xero for Automated Payroll and Invoicing
- Onboarding new staff
- Integration with Capsule CRM for reporting purposes
- Online complaints & file repository
- Staff Calendar availability & rostering
